Amman: Social Security Corporation (SSC) announced allocation of 627 total permanent or partial natural disability pensions during the past year 2023, adding that 27,407 people have so far benefited from this retirement system until December 31, 2023.
In a statement Wednesday, the SSC said disability pensioners must end service for any reason, adding that beneficiaries must submit an application to disburse disability salary within a period not exceeding six months from end-of-service date.
The statement noted beneficiaries must have already paid 60 actual subscriptions to the SSC, of which 24 must be continuous payments, adding that state of disability must be proven by a decision from the medical authority in the target institution.
