SHARJAH: Sharjah Media City “Shams” concluded the third edition of the Shams Electronic Games Championship, held recently at the Shams Business Centre.
The championship featured FIFA 24, Tekken 8, and Super Smash Bros games, with a total prize value of AED30,000 awarded to the winners.
Supported by Speedy Comics, the championship attracted over 300 participants who competed across the various gaming categories.
On the first day, Abdullah Al Bash, Mohammed Omar, and Ahmed Hassan Ali claimed victories in FIFA 24. The following day’s Tekken 8 competition witnessed Mohammed Ilyas, Mohammed Osama, and Hafiz Hamza emerge triumphant. The final day’s Super Smash Bros tournament crowned Ahmed Al Ashrafi, Sultan Abdulrahman, and Khamees Ihab champions.
The Shams Electronic Games Championships are renowned for their vibrant and exciting atmosphere, creating a platform for both seasoned professional gamers and enthusiastic amateurs to compete. Shams remains committed to organising such events to strengthen the UAE’s
