Prosecutor General Mohamed Shawqi Saturday 13/01/2024 ordered exempting all citizens from paying any fees in return for lodging complaints about traffic violations in case that the complaints were recorded by mistake or in error or recorded for other vehicles.
The move is emanating from the attorney general’s utmost keenness on listening to complaints and proposals of citizens.
The Public Prosecution is offering cyber services as well.
The measure is also aiming to make it easy for citizens to deal with different traffic prosecutions nationwide.
Citizens can lodge their complaints on the website of the Public Prosecution; ppo.gov.eg or through offices of the traffic prosecutions or Egypt post in all governorates.
