H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the 2023 budget confirms the determination of the wise leadership to continue its comprehensive development plans and support business sectors by strengthening the infrastructure that is witnessing a phenomenal boom across multiple levels, which contributed to creating an attractive and diversified investment environment. He pointed that the real estate sector is one of the sectors that benefit most from the development plan, given the qualitative incentives and facilities offered by Ajman to entrepreneurs and investors.
Al Muhairi stated that Ajman government is advancing steadily towards achieving the vision of H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman, may God protect him, which aimed at achieving comprehensive and sustainable development and laying solid foundations for a modern digital infrastructure that keeps up with the pace of growth and supports various government authorities in the successful implementation of their plans and main objectives, in addition to raise the standard of living and improve community happiness and wellbeing, which is an important factor of attraction and stability in the Emirate of Ajman.
