Offshore, there will be scattered clouds becoming partly cloudy at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea at North at first.
Wind inshore will be mainly Northwesterly 05 – 15 KT.
Offshore, it will be Northwesterly – Northeasterly 10 – 20 KT gusting to 25 KT at North at first.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 2 – 5 FT, falls to 1 – 3 FT by afternoon. Offshore, it will be 3 – 6 FT rises to 8 FT at North at first.
