Kuwait Premier offers condolences to Nepal Pres over victims of airplane crash

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Nepal President Ram Chandra Poudel, over fatalities of airplane crash.
