Kuwait PM congratulates Armenia on Nat’l Day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent Saturday a cable of congratulations to President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan on his country’s National Day.
