Acting Head of the UNSMIL, Stephanie Koury, stressed the importance of enforcing the UN arms embargo for Libya’s stability.
This came during her visit to the EUNAVFOR MED IRINI Headquarters in Rome, where she met with Rear Admiral Guillaume Fontarensky, who briefed her on their operations and challenges.
