Iran Exports Nearly 5,000 Commodities Annually To Iraq

The commercial attaché at the Iranian embassy in Baghdad, Abdu al-Amir Rabihawi, announced that his country exports nearly 5,000 commodities annually to Iraq.

This came during his meeting with economic activists in Zanjan Province (western Iran), on Tuesday evening, according to the official Iranian News Agency reported today, Wednesday.

Rabihawi said: Technical and engineering services companies have a very good opportunity to be present in the Iraqi market.

He added that statistics indicate that about 4,500 commodities are exported from Iran to Iraq annually, and Iranian exports last year amounted to 10 billion and 236 million dollars, which is unprecedented.
