France called today, Wednesday, for transparent and fair elections to be held throughout Libya as soon as possible.
The French embassy in Libya said in a tweet, which it posted on its account on the “X” platform, ((The preservation of security and stability in Libya is necessary)).
The French call came less than “24” hours after the UN envoy, “Abdullah Batili,” called in his briefing before the Security Council on Tuesday evening to all Libyan and international parties to the need to respond to the aspirations of the Libyan people for peace and stability and to help the country reach elections in order to choose a leadership.
