Emirates Association for Management Consultants and Trainers organises conference on AI


DUBAI: The Emirates Association for Management Consultants and Trainers has organised the Second Management Consulting and Training Conference titled “Artificial Intelligence and the Enhancement of the Coach and Consultant Profession” under the patronage of Sheikh Manea bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Manea Al Maktoum, Honourary President of the Association.

The conference, held in Dubai on Thursday, saw the participation of numerous experts and specialists to explore the future of administrative work within the AI ecosystem and its impact on the job market.

Dr. Ali bin Seba Al Marri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, emphasised that the conference serves as a platform for networking and building future professional networks that benefit everyone.

He highlighted the growing interest in technological advancements and AI, aiming to understand their effects and how to leverage AI in developing training and consulting fields.

He pointed out that the association is one of the leading bodies in
the UAE concerned with training and consulting, comprising numerous trainers and consultants playing a significant role in Emirati society.

The association has recently achieved numerous accomplishments, graduating over 480 trainees and certifying 63 trainers. It has conducted many studies and organised sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in training and consulting.

Additionally, the association announced the launch of the “Training and Preparing Trainers” programme, an innovative initiative to prepare and certify administrative trainers by building their capacities and equipping them with the necessary skills.
