The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Siddiq El-Kabeer, completed the procedures for unifying the CBL at the 3rd meeting of the committee formed in particular, in the presence of directors of the relevant departments from the bank in Tripoli and Benghazi.
According to the bank’s Facebook page yesterday, the meeting came to enhance the unification project, which achieved the unification of the Research and Statistics Departments and the Financial Information Unit after completing the process of unifying the Banking and Monetary Control Departments.
At the conclusion, a roadmap for the committee’s work in 2024 was agreed upon.
