The Unity Government PM and Minister of Defense, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, confirmed that the era of wars has passed and will not return. No matter how intense the strife gets, we will cut off its causes, and we will stand on the lookout for those who sow strife and destabilize the security of the citizen and the homeland, and we will fight those lurking by establishing development projects and progress.
Al-Dbaiba, said at the graduation ceremony of the ninth batch of the Counter-Terrorism Force today, Saturday, in the city of Misrata, “We will spare no effort in supporting this military institution to be a pioneer based on science, training, and advanced preparation to perform its duties in combating terrorism and protecting the homeland and the citizen.”
He also praised the successful missions and courses achieved by the Counter-Terrorism Force, including officers and soldiers, along with state security institutions and army forces, in many areas, whether in cities, villages, or even in border areas.
Congratulating the graduating students, he said, “In this forum, we are witnessing an infusion of new blood from members of this force, whose effective role will be in our security institutions, as well as in protecting the homeland, in addition to their great role in combating terrorism.”
