The detachments of the Adhamiya Office for Combating Crime arrested two suspects for stealing large manhole covers in Adhamiya area of Baghdad.
The office stated in a statement: “The suspects were arrested red-handed while they were stealing and the Kia truck they were driving was seized.
The office added: “Legal measures were taken against them and they were arrested in accordance with the law.”
