The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Service arrested an accused of hacking and selling official information in Babylon.
The Service stated in a statement that it had obtained accurate information about the existence of a person who sells personal information belonging to citizens through social networking sites, where technical and intelligence research was conducted, and his whereabouts were found in Babylon Governorate, and he was arrested with a very accurate and speedy process, and the devices used for this purpose were seized.
He added that the investigations indicated that the information he was selling was databases of official departments that included personal information of citizens that he obtained through illegal hacking operations, and the aim is to obtain money.
