Egypt’s ambassador to Mexico Amr Abdel Warith said Cairo is committed to maintaining joint work with the international community for the protection of global heritage for next generations.
The diplomat’s remarks came during his participation at a meeting in the Mexican city of San Luis Potosi.
Egypt and Mexico exchange experience in this field, he said, highlighting the vital role of heritage to enhance cultural understanding among peoples, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates on Saturday 3/8/2024.
The meeting was also attended by a host of respective officials.
