Al-Hakim to the Saudi Shura Council: Iraq is experiencing an unprecedented state of stability at the security, political, economic and social levels


Head of Al-Hikma Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, met with the delegation of the Shura Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, headed by MP Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Qannas, Chairman of the Iraqi-Saudi Friendship Committee in the Council, and in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Iraq, Abdul Aziz Al-Shammari.



Al-Hakim’s office said in a statement, “Views were exchanged on developments in the political scene in the region and bilateral relations between Iraq and the Kingdom.”



Al-Hakim praised the state of communication between the two countries at the governmental and legislative levels, and said, as we explained, that this visit of delegations is a positive message for the stage of cooperation between the two countries.



He pointed out, “Iraq is experiencing an unprecedented state of stability at the security, political, economic and social levels, as well as an unprecedented regional, Arab and international openness.”



Al-Hakim stressed “maximizing the partnerships with the Kingdom in a way that serves everyone’s interests.”
