Al-Hakim praises the role of the Iraqi Media Network in covering the million-man visits


The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, today, Saturday, praised the role of the Iraqi Media Network in covering the million-man visits, while congratulating the president and members of the network’s Board of Trustees for their new tasks.

During his meeting with the delegation of the Iraqi Media Network, headed by Karim Hammadi and the membership of directors of channels, newspapers and magazines, and the delegation of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, headed by Thaer Al-Ghanimi, Al-Hakim stressed the importance of the network in supporting and advancing the Iraqi media, praising the network’s role in covering million-man visits.

Al-Hakim called for “establishing the Iraqi University of Media, with its curricula including the latest developments in the field of media and artificial intelligence,” calling for “the establishment of a city for media and dramatic production and for activities to be built in light of the crises and problems identified by statistics.”

He pointe
d out “the importance of establishing a satellite channel for children to protect the new generation from deviant ideas,” stressing “the network’s paternalism to the rest of the channels and that the rest of the channels should invest in presenting their dramatic product.”

He urged “awareness programs capable of urging people to participate in the elections, calling for hosting media delegations to convey the Iraqi experience and remove the confusion surrounding it.”

Al-Hakim stressed “the importance of continuing development programs for the network’s media cadres with state support, talking about achievements, removing the language of frustration and pessimism, and confronting social ills such as drugs and divorces.”

Al-Hakim congratulated ‘the Chairman and members of the Network’s Board of Trustees for their new tasks,’ stressing ‘the complementarity of performance between the Board of Trustees and the Iraqi Media Network, and the importance of coordination and planning to improve the state of governmen
t media.’
