Advisor to the Prime Minister, Fadi Al-Shammari, said that agreements and understandings are managed under the roof of the constitution, and nothing is higher than that.
He added in a tweet on the X website, out of wisdom and strength, we took the initiative to reach deep and transparent understandings with various political actors, especially the outstanding issues between Baghdad and the region.
He eplained: The government inherited a complex and intertwined file with the Kurdistan region and adhered to the ethics of implementing the understandings with all love and wisdom, and good intentions are still present, provided that the regional government adheres to the constitution and the rules of respect, flexible language and transparency./ End
