Security forces arrested a person who tried to slaughter a child on a pedestrian bridge in Al-Saydiyah area.
The Spokesman for the Interior Ministry and the Security Media Cell, Brigadier General Muqdad Miri, said in a statement: After contacting the hotline number of the Response and Control Directorate, a force from the Ministry of Interior was able to arrest a person who tried to slaughter a child on a pedestrian bridge in Al-Saydiyah area in Baghdad, where the child was rescued and this attempt was thwarted, and the necessary legal measures were taken against the accused.
