Amman: Five people, including a senior intelligence official of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard’s Al Quds Force, were killed on Saturday in an Israeli air raid on a building in Damascus.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that the Israeli raid targeted the building used by Iranian advisers, where “leaders close to Iran” were holding a meeting, adding that the four-storey building was leveled to the ground.
The Syrian News Agency (SANA) said earlier this morning that Israel bombed a residential building in the Mezzeh neighborhood of Damascus.
