Border forces arrested (5) foreign infiltrators who tried to cross the border illegally in Basra Governorate.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement: “As part of the tasks of the Border Forces Command in confronting cases of infiltration and smuggling, the Second Regiment of the Sixteenth Border Brigade within the Fourth Region Border Command arrested (5) foreign infiltrators who tried to cross the border illegally within the administrative borders of Basra Governorate. A formal arrest report was prepared and the necessary legal measures were taken against them.
