His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of Land Department and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that real estate transactions in Ajman amounted during the third quarter of this year to 2.7 Billion Dirham out of a total of 2397 real estate transactions, while the total volume of trading amounted to 1.6 Billion Dirham as the “Al Rashidiya 1” area witnessed Recording the highest sales value of 107 Million Dirham.
Al Muhairi said that since the beginning of 2022, the real estate sector in Ajman has witnessed an increasing activity and a remarkable turnout due to the diversity of investment opportunities and by virtue of the strong incentives and advantages that the emirate provides to investors, especially the ease of doing business and the efficiency of government services, which played a major role in enhancing the quality of the investment environment and contributed effectively and directly to raising satisfaction rates for all concerned groups in the real estate sector.
The Director General of Land Department and Real Estate Regulation stated that “Al-Taleh 2” witnessed the registration of the highest mortgage value with 83.2 Million Dirham, and the “Eastern” sector was at the top of the list of the most traded sectors heading the two sectors “Southern” and “Masfout”
